Aoife Scott
Aoife is an actor, director, and facilitator from the North-East. She directed and produced Kitchen Revolt’s first production Desmond’s Scared of the Smoking Sea (Jack Studio Theatre) after obtaining her first assistant directing credit under the guidance of director Paul Roseby OBE for Town Planning in the Apocalypse written by James Graham OBE FRSL.
Aoife holds a 1st class degree in Drama from Queen Mary University of London, her dissertation focused on class accessibility and legibility in performance art practices. This work has informed her inclusive facilitation practice working with NYT, London Bubble Theatre, Commonwealth Theatre (Cardiff) and Attic Theatre.
Aoife is excited to keep pushing working class stories in this turbulent political climate and moving away from the stereotypes we see often in theatre. She is passionate about building nuances in these stories and celebrating working class joy.

Tommy Sissons
Tommy is a novelist, poet, educator, and dramatist based in London. His polemic ‘A Small Man's England’ (2021) and his debut novel ‘Cautious, A Boat Adrift’ (2023) were both published by Repeater Books. Sissons’ plays have previously been performed at the Unicorn Theatre, the Chichester Festival Theatre, the Jack Studio Theatre and the Brighton Komedia. His poetry has been featured in a variety of journals, including The Poetry Review, and has been studied in colleges and universities in the UK, Germany, and the USA. Sissons is also the editor of GRASS Magazine, an annual publication specialising in the promotion of working-class literature, art, and photography. He has given lectures on his work at institutions such as the V&A Museum, Sheffield Hallam University, Roehampton University and the University of Chicago Illinois.

Hayley Calleia
Hayley is a creative producer, actor and writer from the West Midlands, based in London. She studied at Goldsmiths University (Art History), The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (Acting) & Soho Theatre Labs (Comedy).
Hayley's background is in events management and fundraising consultancy for arts organisations including The British Council, Poet in the City, Polka Theatre, Goldsmith's CCA and Mountview Theatre Academy of Arts.
Hayley co-wrote, produced, and starred in her debut short-film PATIENCE due to take on an international film festival circuit early 2024. She has just entered development for her second short GOOD GRIEF.
Hayley is passionate about shining a light on underrepresented communities and individuals and giving their stories a platform.
